Thank you for all your assistance but almost nothing worked as I however can’t do an iCloud back up. I did every little thing you reported and in many cases restored from scratch and equally my iPhone 13 & iPhone XR simultaneously can no more backup to your cloud. I also reset my modem but every thing will work on the two iPhones just the ICloud
